No. Our classes are designed for all levels, so we don’t require an introductory class. In all of our general classes, our instructors will cue modifications and progressions for every exercise so that you can tailor ANY class to your own ability level! For brand new clients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of class so that your instructors can introduce you to the reformer equipment and get to know about any injuries you may have that need modification cues. If you don’t arrive at least 15 minutes early, we may ask you to reschedule.
-
We DO offer a “Reformer Foundations” class weekly for clients who would prefer a more hands-on start in Pilates. Other classes that are ideal for beginners are any of our “Restorative” reformer classes. These classes are always a slower pace, and don’t include any advanced reformer exercises.

We know that seeing that there is a waitlist can be frustrating and disheartening - but please know that this is NORMAL for Pilates studios, and the waitlist MOVES!
We strongly recommend joining the waitlist for any full class you want to attend! The waitlist really does cycle through, and it is highly likely you will be able to get into your preferred classes by adding yourself to the waitlist.
***PLEASE NOTE: By joining the waitlist you’re committing to attend if added 12 hours before start of class.***
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Before 12 hours of class:
The waitlist auto-fills and the person at the top of the list is added to class.
Within 12 hours of class:
Our system STOPS autofilling wait-listers right at the 12 hour mark. If any spots become available after the 12-hour-cut-off, a text will go out to everyone on the waitlist. At this point, it is “fastest fingers first” meaning that he first person to jump online and book gets the spot!
At any time:
You can leave the waitlist with no penalty
Once you’re added to the class: Late-cancel and no-show policies apply.
(We always recommend removing yourself from the waitlist if you are not confident you can attend class.)

Yes! In order to ensure that our limited reformer and aerial hammock spots are available to all members, it’s important that we have standards regarding late cancellations an no-show!
-
Fee & Refund Policy
We do enforce our Late Cancel and No-Show policies in order to keep our limited reformer and aerial hammock spots available, especially during peak times. Please remember to cancel at least 12 hours before class, even if you're switching to another time, to avoid a fee.
In Case of Emergencies
If something unexpected comes up—an emergency, illness, or other unavoidable situation—please reach out. We’re always happy to review Late Cancel or No-Show fees on a case-by-case basis and offer grace when it’s truly needed.
That said, we kindly ask that clients avoid making this a regular habit. Our goal is to support you while keeping the schedule fair and accessible for everyone.
-
Need to Adjust Your Schedule?
You can make changes anytime through the app or on our website.
Please remember: our Late Cancel window is 12 hours before class. For example, if you're booked for a 7 PM class, you’ll need to cancel by 6:59 AM to avoid a fee.

We encourage all clients to stay for the full class to get the most benefit and avoid disrupting others. If you absolutely need to leave early, please follow these guidelines:
Wait until the cool-down portion has begun. This helps avoid disruption during active exercises when focus and safety are key.
Before you go, please wipe down and reset your equipment for the next client.
Here at SALTED, we’re passionate about helping our clients carve out real time for restoration and renewal. Our class cool-downs include a meditative moment of total stillness that helps your body recalibrate and renew after a vigorous workout. We hope you’ll make your hour with us a top priority.
Of course, we ALWAYS understand that “life happens” and we support you in making these calls. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a focused and safe environment for all participants.
-
Arrive On Time
We kindly ask that all clients arrive 10 minutes before the start of class. With waitlists growing, many clients come hoping to grab an open spot—and your spot isn’t guaranteed if you're late.
If you're not present at the start of class and someone is waiting, your spot may be given away.
To avoid missing your class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early.
Late Arrival Policy
For safety, especially in Pilates classes, it’s important not to miss the warm-up. We allow a 3-minute grace period, but after that, you won’t be allowed to join. The warm up is the most important part of any Pilates class.
Please note: This grace period only applies if no one is waiting to take your spot.
Thanks for helping us keep classes safe, smooth, and respectful for everyone!

A Note About Fragrances: To help us maintain a safe and accessible environment for all of our members, guests, and instructors, we kindly ask that you do not wear fragrances, perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions when visiting SALTED. Some individuals have significant allergies and sensitivities to fragrances. This is especially important for our aerial hammock classes, as fragrances and scented products can transfer onto the hammocks and make them unusable for the next member or guest. We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration as we work to create a comfortable environment for everyone.
SHOW UP EARLY
We ask that you arrive at your first class 15 minutes early to allow time for set-up on your reformer. You may be asked to reschedule if you do not arrive 15 minutes early. This is an important block of time where you will meet with your instructor, get set up on your reformer, and discuss any specific modifications you might need throughout class so that you have a safe and effective workout.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
We recommend comfortable, fitted workout clothing and a water bottle.
Grip socks are required, and can be purchased in the studio. (We have inexpensive pairs as well as fancy ones!)
Plan to put hair up in a bun or ponytail to prevent hair getting tangled in the springs or Pilates equipment. (Hair ties are available on site at the studio as well!)
We ask that all other personal items, including cell phones be turned to silent, and stored away during class. (You are, however, welcome to take pre- and post-class videos or selfies and share on social media.)

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
1. Please arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments and classes.
2. Shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Aerial classes my be done in barefeet or grip socks
3. We ask that water bottles be kept on the hard floor surface area of the salt cave at all times.
PLEASE WEAR:

SALTED Wellness does not allow anyone under 16 to take class. However, 16—and 17-year-old minors are allowed to take class with their parents’ consent. A parent or legal guardian must sign the minor’s waiver in the studio prior to the minor’s first class. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone should we feel that our classes, instruction, or environment are not a mutual fit.
-
While we encourage clients to take pictures and videos in the studio before & after class (be sure to tag us!) we ask that you respect the privacy of the clients around you and do not photograph or film them without their consent.
To help everyone get the most out of their workout, our studio is a phone-free zone during class. This helps keep the space safe, focused, and free from distractions—so everyone can hear the instructor and stay present.
Please silence your phone and keep it stored away. If you need to take an emergency call, feel free to step outside the studio.
We do work with a small number of approved influencers who may film during classes that are specifically designated as influencer classes. However, no filming is permitted during our regularly scheduled classes to allow us to maintain a peaceful and focused environment for all members!

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Membership
To upgrade or downgrade your membership, please reach out to your local studio. We're happy to help!
If you’re wanting to upgrade from a 4X, 8X, or 12X membership, we often go ahead and cancel/refund your limited membership on our end, which allows you to then purchase the Premium Membership instead.
If you want to downgrade, you can cancel your larger membership anytime, and the credits you’ve already paid for will continue to be available to you until the end of that 30 day cycle. You can then purchase a smaller membership.
-
Important: Canceling or pausing your membership will result in the loss of legacy/founder’s rate pricing and any special perks that came with it. These cannot be reinstated for any reason.
To cancel your membership, please use the app, or call your local studio for assistance.
In the app, go to:
Profile > Memberships & Credits > Select Your Membership > Cancel MembershipIf you're on an auto-renewing membership, there's a 2-month minimum commitment. You can submit a cancellation request anytime, but it won’t take effect until after the initial 2 months are complete.
We don’t require much notice—but to avoid being charged again, be sure to cancel before your next billing date and during normal business hours. Late requests will apply to the next cycle, and we’re unable to offer refunds for missed deadlines.

The first classes for the Queen Creek studio begin at 6 AM, and the last class will start at 7 PM. The last Halo/Salt Cave session will also be at 7 PM, ending at 8 PM.
This puts the studios’ “working hours” at 6 AM - 8 PM.

Yes! Studies have shown that Pilates is one of the most effective exercise methods in reducing lower back stiffness and pain. While Pilates should not replace the advice of medical professionals, it can be a huge help for those with minor lower back issues looking to stay active.
-
That is okay, even encouraged! Pain is the last thing you should feel during class. It won’t do any good to exacerbate an injury just to keep up.
If you do need to modify, telling your instructor at the start of class is always a good idea. They are here to help you, not strain you.
-
No, it is not the same as tanning. It is perfectly safe on your skin for prolonged sessions. Both involve wearing less clothing, but the uses couldn’t be more different.
Tanning involves UV exposure(which damages skin cells) and is usually just for cosmetic purposes.
Red light therapy uses red wavelengths to stimulate cellular repair and collagen production(which vitalizes your skin) and give what your skin needs to be happy and healthy.
-
Himalayan salt is a mineral-rich salt mined from ancient sea beds in Pakistan. When it's ground into microscopic particles and inhaled, it can help reduce inflammation in the airways, thin mucus, and support respiratory health.
It's used in halotherapy sessions inside salt caves or rooms where a halogenerator disperses the salt into the air.
-
Yes, in fact halotherapy has been proven through research and studies to significantly improve bronchitis and COPD symptoms.
-
Start short. Your first session doesn't need to be 30 minutes. Try 10–15 minutes and see how you feel. You can always go longer as you get used to it.
Drink water before you go in. You're going to sweat a lot. Show up hydrated, and drink water after your session too. Avoid alcohol before or during.
Wear as little as you're comfortable in. A towel is fine. You want the heat to reach your skin. Wearing heavy clothes defeats the purpose, and it’s going to make your clothes sweaty.
Sit at the lower bench first. Heat rises. If the room is too intense, move down. You can always move up as you adjust.
Listen to your body. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable, get out. That's not weakness, that's common sense. The benefits come from consistent, comfortable exposure, not from pushing through pain.
Cool down slowly. Don't jump into freezing water immediately unless you're used to contrast therapy. Step out, let your body air out, drink some water, and rest for a few minutes.
Go regularly. One session feels good, but the real benefits show up with consistency. Even two or three times a week makes a difference over time.
